New Avatars & Language Files

There's a new language files set - it's rather more concise and straightforward than what there used to be.
Also, there's a new logo.
And, a few sets of avatars - including headphone photos and logos. In case your headphones aren't there, please post a reply here and there'll be a new avatar :-)
